LOL I don't think it was intended to be a
WONID trap... It is more like providing a place where graffiti artists can
legally create their artwork for others to see. Or, like providing a place
for skateboarding kids to go skate so they're not risking their necks and
damaging property in business locations.
A group of servers like that will draw both
criticism and praise from different groups of individuals. My question is,
will you limit what cheats/hacks are allowed? Some have only the purpose
of crashing the server...

Subject: RE: [hlds] Cheaters welcomed on that server That would be cool, from what I'm thinking... You can log all the WON ID's, pass them around, and we can create a ban list from those ID's. That would be a lot easier to do instead of waiting for them to commit a violation, then ban them individually... -----Original Message----- Hello With so many cheaters I am thinking of starting a server where cheating would be "allowed" At least players would know that their opponents are using the sames tools as they are. It would be more challenging for everybody and might attract regular cheaters away from "regular servers" where honest players are still try to fight fair. your thoughts.... Niels |
