Ditto.  In fact, in the e-business arena, there is a stronger movement with
budgest being allocated for companies to move from w2k + ASP + COM over to
Linux + PHP/JSP + Java.

I've already started moving my sites from ASP to PHP on my W2k server.
Also, from SQL Server to MySQL.
