there is a metemod plugin called eye. it allows players to spec others with out changing teams or anything, it can be password protected so only admins can use the command. basically it puts you into the 1st person view of the player you select. while leaveing yourself in the game(standing there if afk). here the list where you can get it. http://metamod.org/plugins.html
