Region Code | Region name
0 US East
1 US West
2 South America
3 Europe
4 Asia
5 Australia
6 Middle East
7 Africa
Leaving it unset will default you to the world region (and only the
world list). Choosing a region puts you in BOTH the world list and the
specific region.
