What happens if you enter it manualy during a map, does it immediately flip
it back?
Also if you start your server with +sv_maxspeed 320 does it act the same?

By Naked, I meant no mods. No Metamod, No AM/X, nothing. I
specifically requested the server this way when I rented it, and if
you look at it in HLSW, it definitely does indicate that no add-ons
are being used.
