I just ran my hldsupdatetool update script, and on restart, I am getting an error that says that Steam.dll can not be found in any of the (various) paths. Sure enough, it is not in any of the paths (specifically, my hlds install base folder).
It seems to hang for a bit at this point: Checking/Installing Win32 Server Engine version 16 but appears to finish. I ran update again, and the same thing...
