log off when not actively doing something on the server, so none of those
types of things would work.  I did notice, though, that if I ran the server
in a dos window present on my desktop that sys_ticrate works fine as long as
I leave it running like that, and just lock the session when I disconnect.
However, I run my servers as services, so this doesn't help.

Quick question, archives show this mentioned but not answered.  On my
win2k3 box, sys_ticrate does nothing for 3 instances.  If one instance
runs the hlbooster MM plugin, then all instances can use their own
sys_ticrate properly (2 without the hlbooster plugin).  However, a server
that uses 1-5% of the cpu at 16 players normally jumps to approximately
60% with an fps of about 125 using this method.

Is there some way to get the sys_ticrate funcitoning without hlbooster?
