Most of these people create a new steam account (or more than one), and
thus get a new steamid. With each new account created the numbers
increase. New steam accounts simply get a number somewhere around
STEAM_0:X:46XXXXX at the moment. Next week we may be seeing accounts
with STEAM_0:X:47XXXXX.
