I don't see the term "NAT transparency" anywhere on that page
(http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/556/nat-cisco.shtml for non-registered
users). The only NAT-T I know of is NAT-Traversal, an extension to IPSec
to allow it to work in NAT'd environments (which has nothing to do with
CS:S servers).
