Don't take this like a definitive answer but I managed to get it running in it's own little folder with: hltv.exe hltv.cfg //optional dbg.dll FileSystem_Stdio.dll proxy.dll core.dll HLTV-Readme.txt //optional
So yeah, try that? o.O
It connected to CS alright. Dunno anything after that =)
