These files are for the linux server, but it should be similar for windows. I think replacing _i386.so with .dll should be enough to get the right filenames. (And .exe after hltv.) The executable: hltv Needed libraries: core_i386.so filesystem_stdio_i386.so libSteamValidateUserIDTickets_i386.so proxy_i386.so Optional: HLTV-Readme.txt hltv.cfg Just don't forget to copy them again after an update.
