I have had the same problems with one of these chips and solved the problem by replacing the cpu with a p4 3.0 HT. You may want to try running booster_mm with metamod aswell as this will adjust the multimedia timer to increase FPS, lower pings etc. Also, what happens to the fps of the cs / ns server when you switch the dod server off? from my experience large (20 slot) dod servers nail the cpu and the pings and fps really do suffer. On windows i would expect the fps to be around 60/70 with no pingbooster and boosted anywhere up to 500 depending on sys_ticrate. --
