nope, thats not the problem, the sv_lan was always 0 in the 1st place.

it still does not work means that it has not achieved what I wanted: the
ports to be forwarded. it still shows my private IP instead of the server
IP.

sv_lan should be set to 0 (sv_lan 0). It is a cvar that tells the server
whether to access the internet in accepting clients, or only accept
connections from within the local network.
