I use metamod on my server along with Podbot to run bots on my server. They
both run very well, could value integrate these into cs?

We just released an update via steam that should fix this problem, just
run the update command again.

Alfred- question here I've never had cleared up...

The clients... do they have to restart steam to get CS updates when they're
pushed through? Or will they update 'in due time'? (I don't wanna have to
restart Steam if/when HL2 goes gold =)

It is best to restart, however typically just restarting the game (and
not steam) is enough.

Client get a game update when they run the game. Half-Life 2 has
already gone gold (get with the times!)

When Half-Life 2 is release, there'll most likely be an update to steam,
to allow you access to Half-Life 2, as well as there being a game update
which you'll get when you run it (or when steam decides to automagically
aquire it)

I saw this in the console today:

Auto-disconnecting "noober_goober" <P:79,U:24,W:STEAM_0:0:1202349,T:> for
idling (654 sec)

I've never seen this before, does it look familiar to anyone? I'm wondering
if it is an admin-mod feature?

He's talking about the Source Dedicated Server (this is starting to get
confusing, someone pleaseeee make a new mailing list for source), which
only supports Miles currently.

Yes I agree, a separate mailing list for Source would be ideal.
