I'm running XDM, a fairly new mod based on old OZ code, but I'm about 99.99% certain that OZ does not have auto-kick in it.
I would recommend asking on the forums for that specific mod to make sure it's not some sort of built-in thing before seeing about it. There's a lot of games around with stupid hidden features (DeathBall for ut2004 seems to ban people whenever it feels like it for various things :p)
