20 minutes? More like 2 minutes unless they have a slow computer then you can make it 5 minutes if you are lucky, thats how ridiculous it is.
We resort to IP bans now because they last that little bit longer than STEAM_ID bans which aren't worth the electrons you waste sending them down the line.
