Don't know if it's been reported or not, but I don't remember reading about it...
1st, Rcon commands respond half the time. 2nd, after level change, your rcon pw isnt saved anymore? Ie, you need to retype rcon_password.. (that's when you play on the server yourself, obviously, not remote tools) 3rd, banip doesn't seem to work or do anything. it should return something and tell you if it actually did something.
