Probably depends on kernel version and scheduler unless u use some pingboost function I would guess. However typically I'll be honest that those that run lower fps when shared, run better in gameplay than some numbnuts that run it high and run multiple instances causing it to vary even more (seen so many of those idiots). I've seen some of the high fps servers and run like a crock of shit when there are several servers all fighting, if the only server then no problem, run it on a differently compiled kernel or windows and should be fine or run a pingbooster of some sort if you don't want to. Just don't run it as high fps like some idiots whilst sharing cpu resources with other servers. I won't describe what one hoster said to me yesterday regarding their attitidude to it, suffice to say they won't get any recommendations.
