this is caused by sv_unlag being on, are you using standard sv_maxunlag 1, or have you tweaked it like me? (for me sv_maxunlag 0.1 is sure to crash the server several times a day)

Any chance in getting this error verbatim? Does it show up in the console or elsewhere? If in the console, when does it show up?
