Already tried that, and it doesn't work. I forgot to mention that it is a CS 1.6 server.

My guess would be to shut down your server, edit the banned.cfg, then restart the server. Since the server reads from banned.cfg into the cache when it starts (right?).

Because I sometimes manually update my banned.cfg I cannot get rid of some Steam ID's.
Is there any way to empty the banned.cfg's cache? Some file I can delete/rename or something like that?
