I think the client is going to "CARE" when the server they are
connected to starts running at 100% CPU utilisation constantly and the
client is only receiving 10 updates a second (if that, they are more
than likely going to be lagged to hell) and the they cannot shoot let
alone hit anything or barely move properly because the server is
overloaded with HLDS processes and/or player numbers, which is most
peoples experience on this list if they ever contemplated running 200
player slots on a single physical server, which is why most of us do
not.
