Second, Zack, would'nt you rathe wait until the legal aspects can be worked around a bit to get to the point where anyone who licenses a game and then performs any form of unauthorized dissassemby or memory analysis of running code, and/or anyone who installs and uses any code designed to exploit said unauthorized dissassemby or memory analysis of running code, is subject not only to civil litigation but also subject to criminal prosecution?
I would like to see the market for cheats dry up. And dry up it would if a few thousand fools went to jail and/or lost a bunch of money for using "downloaded skillz". the cheat authors would look elsewhere for the positive attention they did not receive from loving parents as a child.
