my $.02... why should I, or anyone for that matter, be forced to lsiten to an ENTIRE gangsta rap song when they join a server? Since stopsound is now a cheat cvar, there was no way to stop the sound. I for sure am not going to force people to listen to a song. An intro sound maybe 4 seconds max, yes, but to ahve to continue to lsiten to it thru 4 rounds of play obscuring all the in game sounds like footsteps and GUNFIRE is just plain retarded. IMO the people who do this to their players are not aware of how much a lot of people hate it. I also think they must be inexperienced admins as well, and unlikely to ever be reading this mailing list. /rant

i would just like to chime in a small bit and say how much i have grown to Hate the Sound features of Any and all server plugins.
the sound features are growing out of control with some servers i have seen having up to >64MB of sound files and Crap music.
i would very much like to see a change to stop all of this other then trying to talk sense into fellow server owner's, i would also like to see it go as far as removing said features but i get the feeling I'm the only one that would like that to happen.
