Admin A submits this "evidence" to steambans (condump, ss, > and demo). It is reviewed, and hackers id is banned on all steambans.con > servers. Well, legitimate person A can no longer play on these servers.
What makes you think that nosteam generates steamids of existing users? It does not. Steamids are linked to steam accounts. Nosteam uses a normal steam account and thus gets a normal *unique* steam id. Legitimate players are not banned this way.
