-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I have worked this out and tested it as per the STEAM SRC DS Forums (Thanks to *Dr Pepper Kid)* ** On a ping boosted server with rcon stats showing 250fps and running an sv_maxrate of 20000 and a client connected to it with high rates 20000/10000/101/101 you get the following results: ** The *IN* value on net_graph 3 approximately = sv_maxupdaterate The *OUT* value on net_graph 3 = tickrate sv_maxupdaterate can be set at values higher than tickrate but you won't get a higher *IN* value For some strange reason the *IN* value on net_graph 3 does not show a precise relationship between it and sv_maxupdaterate, although changing it does make a difference, sometimes a significant one, and other times makes none at all. That is to say, and sv_maxupdaterate of 40 yields the same result as 30 for the *IN *value reported via net_graph 3 at least for me it does. Anybody have any comments on my findings/conclusions? Thanks
