Alfred,
That is fine to copy it like the config.cfg file however, it is mentioned that the file would: "For instance, the file
cstrike/maps/cfg/de_dust.cfg will be evaluated when the map de_dust is loaded. This is useful for per-map rules, bot rosters, etc.]"
To better understand this de_dust2.cfg file (example) instead of loading bots at the server.cfg file you would specify your bots in this new cfg for the given map?
And as for the per-map rules... what distinguish the difference in the command structure from map rules from the bots, etc.??
Thank, I know your hands are full... keep the good info comming. Jim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alfred Reynolds" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, May 13, 2005 10:47 AM Subject: RE: [hlds] mapnam.cfg
It's the same format as all our config file, copy server.cfg for example.

q[When a map is loaded, an associated .cfg file is automatically evaluated. This cfg file must be located in the cstrike/maps/cfg folder and be named <mapname>.cfg. For instance, the file cstrike/maps/cfg/de_dust.cfg will be evaluated when the map de_dust is loaded. This is useful for per-map rules, bot rosters, etc.]q
Can we get some info on this..
What format do I use? I couldn't find an example file to look at.
