From the top, to the bottom.  The idea is, you trim out the irrelevant
parts of the text and only include the bits you are replying to, like
this.  This also solves the problem when many issues within a message
need to be addressed.  I'm replying in this manner to illustrate.

No, I use:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0

And you use Outlook:
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook

However I was a long time Outlook user before switching to the Mozilla
Suite.  Look guys, do whatever you want, you're going to anyway.  I
really, *really* don't care.
