No, sorry, I can't get a ping of under 10 accross 11 hops - which is what the scoreboard often claims on one server.
An no, my cmdrate is not low, it's at 60. net_channels shows 64-66 in, and 40-50 out (framerate choked outbound). I know for a fact that you can't get out of the last mile infrastructure in 10ms. the other ping values seem more reasonable most of the time.
