I know that OZ and other mods support a per map cfg file that lets you do
this, but I didn't know that hlds alone does. Can anyone confirm this? I'll
try it when I get home tonight and see if it works.

For HLDS it is just the same .... each map can have it's .cfg-file being
executed on mapcahnge ... that's where you can put your custon timelimit
...
that's at least true for my DoD-Server, and since I think this is handleld
by HLDS engine it should work as well for all other HLDS-based mods.

Just my 2 cents.
