-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I would assume that whether or not you bought it locally or through steam it still sees it as purchasing it through steam (the cd's are just another way of installing) and this cuts out some options for mistakes. You assume quite a bit saying they don't know what's going on when it fact it is US that have no idea what they are planning. Just my 2 cents.
