meh, you just have to build communities like UA. Sadly UA have organisation issues themselves, for example I've been waiting to join the hlstats team for about 6 months now, but because they are a registered US charity this causes various liability issues with certain other investments.
There is no ideal, but the kids will often get to the "proper" places in the end; one can only hope that the "mature" nature of the "proper" places will come through and provide solutions. Alas however, it is often the case that they simply lower themselves.
