AMX Mod w/ ATAC will do that. AMX Mod 2005 has some default cvars to adjust the awards for bomb/defuse etc. ATAC is a great plugin for TK/TD protection.
I use to have AMX before and I am totally new on AdminMod, I just want to know if you guys know already I few worth to install plugin for admins.
My servers don't have a lot of extras. A few for creative punishment, but they are for my admins that want that stuff. amx_rocket and amx_timebomb are kind of fun. ;) It's been a while since I used AdminMod, but I remember FFMon was a good tool for TK/TD stuff.
