The banner does not really indicate much though

Only that the first game you have tried to update is coming from a certain
STEAM_Content Server, but that does not mean that other updates will not be
coming in from other STEAM_Content Servers, and the only way to be sure is
to check the IP addresses attached to the STEAM Proccess.
