There all free sparky, im running 5 servers with the same account info.
Use the updatertool to grab and run any mod, there all free...

** 'game' options for Source DS Install:

        "Counter-Strike Source"
        "dods"
        "hl2mp"

** 'game' options for HL1 DS Install:

        "cstrike"
        "czero"
        "dmc"
        "dod"
        "gearbox"
        "ricochet"
        "tfc"
        "valve"

The clientside is what costs money...
