Let me add one more thing ... It could be a router issue. I had an edge router from Juniper Networks that a firmware version on it that did all kinds of weird things to various game servers. (And router issues can make you think you are crazy pulling out your hair while you try to figure out WTH is up.)

Now then it goes from the scoreboard to the loading box after about 40 secs, and says connecting to server, then reconnects, but only for me, everyone else that was in the server gets dropped by a time out, and in my config.cfg file mp_chattime is set to like 5 secs, but its way longer, but why is it taking so long to map change!!??
