server2:        40 man 33 tic normal priority
server 3:       36 man 66 tic high priority

not always, but sometimes takes as long as 25-30 seconds for a map to load

maybe it could be from
"FREE SOUND LIST IS FULL "
COMING THROUGH CONSOLE 300 TIMES A MINUTE
