hi, actually i am new to this dedicated server thing...so pls can you tell me 
in detail where is this game startup line and the thing about the +ip thing. do 
i have to type the ip after typing +ip or directely +202.xxx.xxx.xxx. pls tell 
me quick. i am really getting annoyed by this non-secure thing. all fuc*** 
cheates cheting on my server (wallhack etc).
