-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I'm just throwing this out there D Williams since it seems you have already made up your mind that your friend is vac banned (even though you say he can get on other vac servers) BUT has he checked his status through steam? If you go to the settings menu in steam it will tell you your Vac status.
Checking this would at least give you some indication of whether or not he is truly vac banned.
