Basically, the outside world needs unrestricted access to your servers IP address and port. Ordinarily that would be through a Firewall or at least a router performing NAT (network address translation). You say you have no router and your firewall is disabled... which means your puter is sitting right on the Internet (not likely). What is your computers IP address? If it is anything like 10.10.x.x or 192.168.x.x these are not actual Internet IP addresses and no one outside your own LAN will be able to connect unless you have a router or a proxy or some device which performs NAT for you. Start here... what is your servers IP address? Caution... if your server actually is sitting right on the Internet... I wouldn't go posting it's address here and I'd get it off the Internet ASAP.
