I've got about 130 counts of this in ALL my log files for more servers
than sin ;)
However like 110 of them are HLDM and HL2DM, so I might believe it was
something weird to allow people to play single player w/o buying the game.
Maybe Alfred can clarify for us when and where this message comes up.
