I will give it a shoot then; I want there to be a plugin which changes the users name based on his STEAM_ID and disables him to change it to something else. Like the AMXBANS it would be nice to have a database and a web interface to manage/add new names.
Taking this to a new level it could be like AMXBANS and let other servers connect to the database, fetch names and enforce them. And maybe the server can display a "name authenticated" message to people on the server. If its possible to do the check both ways.. kick players who use a name from the database that doesn't match the right STEAM_ID. Imagine how good this would be to a server community. If this is too hard.. i would love just a script getting names from a text file and enforcing them.
