read my post. When you do port forwarding, you enter the INTERNAL IP in
the
config.

Something is using the port you have selected or something didn't release
that port correctly. If you are sure nothing is using that port, try
rebooting the Windows server. 9 times out of 10 this is just something
that
didn't release correctly so Windows thinks the port is in use. I am sure
there is a second option to releasing the port but I have not invested
any
time in locating it :)

I wanted to forward my standalone server (Source) CS:S I followed the
