yes it doesnt work. the "sv_minrate" -> 3500 is set by YOUR client. you
can only see the value with "rcon sv_minrate".

Hi, in my server config, i have set some new server variables regarding
rates from the 2nd most recent valve update:

sv_client_predict 1
sv_client_interpolate 1
sv_client_interp 0.01
sv_maxupdaterate 100
sv_maxcmdrate 100
sv_minrate 15000
sv_maxrate 30000
sv_mincmdrate 60
sv_minupdaterate 60

Now after ive restarted my server, ive noticed by typing in sv_minrate in
the console on the server, its says sv_minrate 3500, which i assume is the
Valve default value. However, typing in sv_minrate and sv_minupdaterate
brings up their values of 60 and even typing in sv_maxrate brings up the
value of 30000. It is just the sv_minrate value does not come up to 15000.

Ive noticed people with strange pings as well recently (e.g. 1, 3, 4).

Does sv_minrate not work properly?
