The mail client is Microsofts live.com webmail client for Hotmail. It's on the 
default settings, so if you know of anything that would make it easier to read 
let me know.We've talked to the hosting company, and trust me, it's their 
policy for their customers to use VNC, I prefer Terminal Services, I've seen 
the difference, I know the benefits, but we're it's the hosting companies
