The problem I am having is a cheat site as set there eyes on my servers. They come in then all of a sudden you try to ban them and you ban another admin instead they change there names and steam addresses. Most of there steam ids start with 777 or 77 and I ban them and they come right back. I ban there ip's and they are back again not sure what to do

If his view snaps onto an enemy's head or body (through a wall without any prior knowledge of anybody being there) like nobody's business, it's probably safe to assume he's cheating. The best evidence is to observe for a while. Though I'm not exactly sure talking about cheats or LINKING to them on this mailing list is the best of ideas (not directed to you but to everyone).
