I have this too. It is definitely not related to Mani (I don't have it).
Nor MetaMod:Source (other plugins SourceMod / SBSRC) because after I disabled it it still gave me the error message. The only thing that makes it go away is not set "sv_master_legacy_mode 0". This is the correct build (Linux: version 1.0.0.34/7 3128), right?
