All I did was tell this poor confused person who is in need of our compassion and patience, that his question was directed to the incorrect mailing list and that Windows mailing list was not the place to ask, simply because nobody using Windows SRCDS is having this problem, because the round restart lag problem appears to be (AFAIK) Linux only.
