Maybe its bad RAM? You might also consider running a hard drive utility. File corruption perhaps? I like Hitachi's utlity (runs on any hard drive, not just theirs). Also, is this dll file from a plugin you're running? Try disabling the plugin (or setup a fresh copy of srcds in a new directory).
