1 & 2 Mani still mostly works. Sourcemod is very stable and there are a bunch of plugins for it. It works for our servers. Think of it as amxmodx for the source engine. TF2 is a new source engine. The plugin interface is broken in it and the sdk hasnt been updated to fix it. So nobody is able to load any kind of plugins. Yay =(
