The connecting process basically hangs at the "Retreiving Server Information" stage and never recovers. On the Server it shows them as connecting but they never actually join the game. On my server at least he eventually times out and the slot is free'd up. We haven't been able to find a solution yet, it's very frustrating. We've verified the game cache, disabled firewalls etc. About the only thing we haven't done so far is delete the local content and re-download it. We would also appreciate any suggestions to resolve this.
